Mission As a Martech Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring evolution and end-to-end technical integration of ING Romania marketing technology ecosystem and sustain one of the most important objectives of the bank, Growth. You’ll work in a high‑impact role at the intersection of Technology, Digital Marketing, and Data, enabling reliable data flows between ad platforms, analytics and marketing automation systems, core banking systems, and digital channels - while meeting ING’s engineering, security, and data standards. About the team: You’ll join the Growth Tribe / Martech technical Area , working in a cross‑functional Agile team alongside engineers, digital marketing specialists, architects, and security experts.
