Job Description Summary Job Description: Job Overview: The Asheville Quality Assurance Specialist role involves the inspection of complex rotating jet engine components, working with unique aerospace alloys. This role will utilize a variety of precision CNC and conventional inspection equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be required to utilize a variety of precise measuring equipment, following work instructions, planning, drawings, blueprints, etc. Work will involve inspecting hardware with tight tolerances and fine finishes to ensure customer specifications and aerospace standards are met. Individuals will participate as a team to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and human development.
