The Concierge is responsible for the guest/owner experience from pre-arrival, communication, coordination, delivery including follow-up of guest requests. The Concierge is responsible for promoting a positive, friendly, welcoming and “at your service” environment daily. This individual will make recommendations based on preferences, vendor relationships and local area. They will ensure timely distribution and booking of itinerary plans for guest stays.
