This role allows you to design and deliver innovative training programmes that galvanise our sales teams high performance and engagement. In the UK we have a national UK branch network, this role will require in person delivery to our people so will provide you with the opportunity to travel for 70% of your working week. You will join a talented and well established Learning & Development team, a Centre of Excellence within our wider People Team.
