Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Part-Time - 4 shifts per 2 week pay period *This position is located at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital - Shifts hours are: 16hours a week Day: 06:30am- 03:00pm,: Evening: 2:30pm-11:00pm: Mid Shifts: Varies between 10:00am - 08:30pm Position Purpose: The Certified Pharmacy Tech , will assist the pharmacist in assuring timely and accurate provision of medications to patients. Technician responsibilities are performed under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. These functions may include unit dose dispensing, sterile compounding, non-sterile compounding, medication packaging, inventory control, record keeping and billing, and use of equipment and automated technology. **Mount Carmel also offers an elevated Certified Pharmacy Tech – Sterile Compounding compensation program for all sterile compounding trained technicians, regardless of prior experience.
