Job Summary: Job Description: Overview: The Lifeguard/EMT provides medical expertise for staff and patron safety, incident response, and first aid in coordination with Lifeguards and other aquatics safety personnel during park operations. Essential Functions: 1 Responds to and assists with emergencies and provides emergency medical and first aid assistance to patrons daily. 2 Proactively monitors patrons and staff for signs and symptoms of distress and responds accordingly; remains calm and administers basic medical attention. 3 Drafts and completes reports and documentation daily related to incidents where medical assistance is provided to ensure transparency. 4 Assists with and participates in lifeguard in-service weekly and gives feedback, support, and information. 5 Maintains inventory daily of first aid supplies and tests AED and Oxygen equipmen...
