Location: Kidlington OX5 1RE: Job Ref: 637115 Pay: £13.28/hour Hours: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, based on a weekly rota of 3 days on/3 days off, 12-hour shifts Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM We’re hiring a Food Service Assistant to join our committed team at Campsfield IRC. You’ll be responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines whilst adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. You’ll safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc. What You’ll Do: - Provide high levels of service of food and/or beverages to customers, adhering to the standards set by the company. - Perform cleaning and replenishment duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture. - Ensure service area and/or service points are clean and stocked up. - Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner, which may include some light cooking. - Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures. - Work with minimal direction and as part of a team.
