They foster partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization's business objectives, strategies, and policies. The Role: - Understand the organization's business cycles and talent needs to develop and drive the workforce's capability to meet business goals, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth. - Support recruiting and staffing initiatives and counsel managers in final compensation selections. - Manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Leave benefits with our external program provider. - Facilitate and develop HR-related training and resources for local Managers to assist them in developing their people management skills. - Work with HR on compensation and benefits management, payroll, and salary administratio...
