We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Global Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our benefits programs across 20+ countries and growing. This role will ensure our global benefits strategy is competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people and business goals, supporting a diverse and distributed workforce. You will play a critical role in shaping how we support employees globally—ensuring our benefits programs are inclusive, competitive, and scalable as we continue to grow across new markets.
