Job Description: The purpose of the IT Business Analyst role as it relates to supporting the WinTel Server Team, with a particular focus on the Patching Centre of Excellence (PCoE) Team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide robust support in Server Operating System (OS) Patching and Vulnerability Management (VM) duties, as well as to contribute to various projects within the team. The individual in this role will report directly to the PCoE Director and working with other members of the Team, will take on the responsibility of preparing and managing essential business documents, such as meeting minutes and agendas. Additionally, a key part of their duties will involve communicating effectively with multiple teams to help facilitate and advance the goals of the PCoE.
