Department: 34000 AMC Summit - Administration: Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F business hours. On site work. Must have MSN or MHA. Acute care experience. Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60 Major Responsibilities: - Provides magnet consultation to nursing shared governance at the site, including the Nursing Coordinating Council, the Nurse Practice Committee, Nursing Professional Development Committee and other nursing leadership to ensure goals of Magnet designation are accomplished. - Collaborates with nursing leadership to formulate a project plan and ensure completion of the Magnet Recognition Program application, written document submission, site visit and interim reporting within all required timeframes. - Collaborates with nursing leadership to implement process improvements that enhance performance outcomes and nursing evidence based practices. - Coordinates the collection of the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) and nurse sensitive indicator data consistent with database and professional standards requirements and ensures timely reporting of outcome data to the Center for Nursing...
