Job description

Job Summary: The Data Analyst-PACE uses advanced analysis skills to enable the delivery of improved operational, clinical or business results. Is responsible for assisting administrative and clinical operational leaders across LLUMC’s PACE Program with achieving identified performance improvement initiatives. Gathers, manipulates, analyzes, and manages data to assist in the identification of operational opportunities that will have a positive impact on patient flow and/or the bottom line through reduction in cost or increase in revenue. Has excellent communication, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance or related field required. Minimum two years of data analysis required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Knowledge and Skills: Advanced skills in using one or more data analysis software packages (e.g. MS Excel, SAS, Minitab, etc.). Ability to provide functional direction and insights based on the interpretation of data. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality.
