Job Title: Capital Markets Operations Analyst Location: CA - Westlake Village What you'll do: The Capital Markets Operations Analyst owns key post trade processes supporting mortgage backed securities (MBS), whole loan sales, and related hedging activity. This role is critical to ensuring accurate trade capture, pooling, settlement, and reconciliation while maintaining strong internal controls and regulatory compliance. The analyst partners closely with Traders, Financial Engineering, Accounting, agency counterparts, dealer counterparties, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate execution across the full trade lifecycle, including the creation and delivery of GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac securities. This role offers hands on exposure to securitization, agency execution, and capital markets risk within a large, bank owned mortgage platform. - Aggregate and pool eligible loans into GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac securities in accordance with agency guidelines - Own post‑trade processing for MBS, mortgage‑related derivatives (including TBAs, futures, and swaps), and whole loan transactions, including trade capture validation, position management, settlement, and reconcili...
