Your role Our Melbourne Disputes & Investigations practice is expanding and we're recruiting experienced Associates or Senior Associates to join the group. You'll join our team of experts who assist clients with their complex dispute and investigation matters, within a collaborative environment. Our team: Our band-1 Disputes & Investigations practice, as ranked by Chambers Global, act in the most complex, high-value and reputationally significant disputes and investigations in the Australian market. We frequently assist with the Australian component of major international disputes, and have the capacity to conduct matters in jurisdictions throughout Australia and the Asia region. We act in some of Australia’s most significant commercial disputes, including class actions, corporate disputes, and investigations, including inquiries by: ASIC AUSTRAC: APRA: Australian Securities Exchange: Royal Commissions: Senate inquiries: Our Disputes & Investigations team works without borders, so you will be able to work on matters in any jurisdiction.
