Job Description: The Processing Solutions team at Compass Integrated Services is currently seeking a temporary Tax Specialist / Processor to support Texas Property Tax Certificates and related HOA information, for residential and commercial title insurance transactions. This is a remote, temporary position expected to last approximately 8–10 weeks. This position provides services to internal closing teams by monitoring incoming requests, working orders through third ‑ party vendor systems, and ensuring completed Tax and HOA certificates are accurately reviewed before providing for the transaction. Our Title Group is a full ‑ service title, settlement, underwriting, and vendor management services company serving consumers, real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Job Responsibilities: Monitor internal order queues, email inboxes, and reporting tools for new Tax Certificate and HOA Certificate requests, updates, and related inquiries.
