Rise Madison Apartments , a modern, one-year-old Section 42 community in the heart of Madison, is looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Community Manager to join our team! What You’ll Do: As the Assistant Community Manager, you’ll be a key player in creating a welcoming, well-managed, and thriving living environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting day-to-day property operations alongside the Community Manager - Assisting with leasing, resident relations, and community engagement - Ensuring compliance with Section 42 (LIHTC) program requirements - Processing applications, certifications, and recertifications accurately - Handling rent collections, reporting, and administrative tasks - Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction What We’re Looking For: - Previous property management or leasing experience preferred - Knowledge of Section 42 / LIHTC compliance (or willingness to learn quickly) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service ab...
