The incumbent is a licensed practitioner and serves as the Medical Director for the Outpatient Department. This incumbent has full responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, integrating, and evaluating the facility's outpatient services, serving more than 15,000 active users. The incumbent will also serve as the supervising provider for the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program and will provide direct supervision to all medical staff assigned to the Outpatient Department, including both professional and non-professional personnel. The incumbent is responsible for fulfilling both clinical and administrative duties as required. This position is anticipated to consist of 50% Clinical and 50% Administrative responsibilities.
