Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Deter criminal activity. Protect property and enforce rules on property. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms. Patrol areas and do security checks. Ensure that all doors, windows, and exits are properly secured. Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols. Securing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Testing security systems.
