Description ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Health Services Department: Drive thru Pharmacy SUPERVISOR: Pharmacy Coordinator: FLSA: Non- Exempt: SALARY RANGE: $17.00-$24.00: ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening. JOB SUMMARY: Assists pharmacists in all functions of the pharmacy with the exception of counseling patients and receives daily supervision from pharmacists, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Inputs prescriptions into computer. · Maintains patient profiles in computer. · Maintains list of drug orders and prices. · Counts and labels prescriptions when needed. · Communications with patients regarding their prescriptions. · Answers phone for pharmacy. · Stock drug orders. · Retrieves refill requests from phone or fax service. · Prepares drug returns when needed. · Main...
