Overview: The Field Service Manager is responsible to plan, schedule, and direct field service operations and personnel. This position reports directly to the General manager. Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or equivalent field service management experience. 2-3 years' experience in supervision of field service operations, inventory control, and/or warehouse management. Experience supervising, scheduling, and dispatching a field service team. Leadership experience in union and non-union businesses desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven knowledge of leadership principles and practices of positive employee relations.
