Company Description Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking an experienced Bar & Lounge Manager | Gaming Operations to lead and manage one of Broadbeach’s most beloved local institutions, TC's Bar and Gaming Lounge, with oversite to the hotel's newly relaunched Room81 Lounge. Overseeing our bar, lounge and gaming space, you will create an energetic yet refined environment where hotel guests and local regulars come together to relax, socialise and enjoy exceptional service. This role blends strong hospitality leadership with operational precision - balancing memorable guest experiences with commercial performance and compliance within a regulated gaming environment.
