Job Description: Here at Mars, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to come and join our Royal Canin factory team as a Packaging Operator. Address: 920 Arctic Drive Lebanon, TN 37090: The Packaging Operator will be a multi-skilled packing associate who is responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. The Packaging Operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall. Shift: This role will be a night position on D-Shift. - All positions are 12-hour schedules. - 4-days on and 4-days off set schedule. - Nights: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am - Days: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm What are we looking for?: What will be your key responsibilities?
