Job description

Overview The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining equipment and Team Members in the module plant. The incumbent also develops, coordinates, and anticipates the continuous improvement of equipment.​ Responsibilities: (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) Supervise planning for Maintenance: - Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly shifts of related equipment and team members. - Planning equipment PM schedule, shutdown, repairs related to equipment. Performance supervising for equipment: - Control and report downtime/MTTR/MTBF/3R5S for shift. - Report weekly/monthly result and plan for shift. - Report weekly/monthly attendance analysis for shift. - Control 3R5S in work areas related to maintenance property and equipment. Team Training: - Evaluate skills and performance/Creating Plans. - Report training results and improvement progress. Communication: - Communicate with each dept., vendors & contractors regarding maintenance. - Report information after shift change meeting regarding any maintenance daily issue.
