Reactivity / Quality Shift Lead

Job description

The Plant Quality Shift Lead is responsible to assure that process standards are applied in order to meet regulation/ISO requirements, customer satisfaction, and company standard. They report directly to the Quality Operations Manager. They lead a diverse team of salary and hourly Quality professionals integrating into the production and engineering processes while ensuring a solid partnership with manufacturing focusing on Quality processes and Customer Safety. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist in root cause, containment and corrective actions for all quality related issues - Initiate investigations of quality concerns internally, at supplier locations and resulting from customer feedback and utilize data to drive issues to closure - Achieve timely completion of containment corrective actions (Performance action notices) - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and utilize problem solving tools in day-to-day operations to drive issue resolution - Provide technical liaison support between Engineering, Quality, Production and Product Design departments - Represent the 'Voice of the Customer' to platform teams - Establish, maintain documentation of...
