Job DetailsJob Location: First Internet Bank of Indiana Fishers - Fishers, IN 46038About the Position: As the Commercial Banking Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with Commercial Banking, Relationship Managers and other team members assisting with customer-facing and ongoing new loan and servicing responsibilities associated with the entire Commercial Banking loan and deposit portfolio. You will interface directly with customers regarding all aspects of the relationship, including loans, deposits and credit cards. What You Will Do: Support Relationship Managers Assist Relationship Managers in all aspects of marketing, customer facing and account opening. Upload documents into nCino, including final boarding documents. Upload documents into Information Access (IA), including new account documents. Due Diligence: Confirm that all necessary conditions precedent to closing have been achieved. Conduct due diligence reviews such as sanctions checks, regulatory compliance verification, and entity validation through public and third-party sources.
