Job Description Summary The primary role of the Regional Entitlements Manager is to accurately manage and track the entitlements phase (including but not limited to annexation, rezonings, horizontal and vertical permitting) of Circle K’s project pipeline. This role manages Circle K vendors who are responsible for meeting the deadlines to obtain permits (site development permits, erosion control, stormwater quantity/quality, building permits, health permits, utility approvals, etc.) to deliver construction projects on time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: - Responsible for managing and monitoring project due diligence, lease contingencies, purchase & sale agreement requirements, and permitting processes and procedures that impact Circle K’s project pipeline - Responsible for delivering projects on time to the construction field team by ensuring all lease contingencies, and permitting approvals have been properly satisfied - Maintain accurate records of all permit applications, approvals, and denials, and provide regular reports to management on the status of permitting activities...
