SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is predicted to cost the world $10.5 trillion annually by 2025 - we invite you to be part of the solution! We are hiring a Commission Manager to take full ownership of variable compensation across our GTM organization (>100 reps in Sales, Customer Success, and adjacent GTM roles). You will run the monthly commission cycle end-to-end, maintain plan logic in our commission tool, partner closely with Sales leadership and RevOps, and act as the trusted single source of truth for everything commissions-related at SoSafe. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Finance and GTM — your work directly impacts how our reps are paid, how Finance reports performance, and how we design plans to drive the right behaviors.
