Your main responsibilities: - Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service. - Consider traffic, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes. - Respond promptly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions. - Resolve current operational challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or issues with recipient availability. - Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure parcels are prepared and ready for shipping on time. - Propose improvements in the organization of courier work to enhance efficiency and service quality.
