This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by researching demand trends, identifying prospects, and executing plans to acquire new clients. You will lead by example, connecting internal clients, practitioners, and external prospects to maximise business opportunities across the people risk division.
