Human Resources Business Partner The Opportunity: We are seeking a collaborative , agile and forward-thinking Talent Management Integrator to join our Global Defense People Services team and Indo Pacific Business team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for senior market leadership , driving talent strategies that align with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives . Your work will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our w orkforce, mitigating talent risks, and enabling success in a dynamic, global environment. You will partner with subject matter experts across the Indo Pacific Enterprise team , International Operations, People Services Centers of Excellence , and other regional leads to co-design and deliver solutions that align with evolving business and people needs. This position is responsible for designing and executing forward-looking, integrated talent strategies – including a focus on international assignments – while driving coordinated talent planning, calibration, succession, and demand planning efforts across the region through strong teaming and shared decision-making .
