Willdan Lighting & Electric, a division of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking an Energy Efficiency Auditor. Energy Efficiency Auditor responsibilities include prospecting for eligible customers, conducting energy assessments, developing solutions for lighting and other measure as identified, presenting proposals to customers, and selling projects by completing necessary documents for Energy Efficiency Programs associated with the Maryland Office. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach and education to targeted customers and schedule energy efficiency assessments. - Assist management staff to quantify energy savings, financial savings and other customer benefits. - Effectively sell projects. - Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and subcontractors. - Work in cross-functional teams including program support as needed. - Perform lead follow ups, go to sites for customer meetings, evaluate facility, and develop a sales quotation for the project, this requires use of a step ladder. - Meet or exceed set sales goal per month. - Engagement in all geographical areas critical to program success.
