Your mission About the Role: At Banxware, our CRM is more than a contact database - it’s the connective tissue between Marketing, Growth, and Operations. As our CRM & Automation Manager, you’ll take full ownership of this system and shape how our teams engage with leads, partners, and customers at every stage of the lifecycle. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, thinks in systems, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a messy process into something clean, reliable, and repeatable. You’ll spend most of your time deep in HubSpot - building, maintaining, and improving the foundation that keeps our go-to-market engine running - while also owning a layer of workflow automation that connects our tools and removes friction for internal teams.
