Who You are As the Giving Partnership Director, you thrive working together with the communities we not only operate in but serve. By supporting the grantmaking processes and giving committees in each market, you enjoy executing employee giving campaigns, and working cross-functionally to coordinate sponsorship requirements and strategic volunteerism, particularly in emerging markets, with other internal stakeholders. This individual is passionate about building and maintaining strong, trust-based community relationships and partnerships and has a genuine commitment to equitable community investment. As a leader with initiative and accountability you can think strategically, collaborate, translate data into actionable insights, and execute accordingly, while also being flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
