What you’ll do as Regional Sales Director: Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers to deliver on sales targets and business objectives. Oversee the performance and development of Sales Representatives through Sales Managers. Implement and execute regional sales plans in alignment with the Sales Director’s strategy. Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate CRM data management. Identify market opportunities and support Sales Managers in customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to support sales initiatives.
