This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on caregiving, client interaction, and team support. - guaranteed hours - Opportunity for advancement - Paid time off Key Responsibilities: - Complete new client intakes, including onboarding paperwork and initial care plan development - Perform client assessments and recommend updates to care plans and schedules - Conduct home visits to ensure caregivers are following care plans and performing duties appropriately - Provide caregiver support, including covering client visits as needed - Conduct in-service training with caregivers in client homes - Complete “warm welcomes” by introducing caregivers to new clients and ensuring readiness - Participate in occasional marketing activities such as health fairs and networking events - Assist with general office and team support as needed Schedule & Availability: - Monday through Friday, with up to two weekend days per month (weekend days will replace weekday hours) - Schedule provided weekly (confirmed each...
