The Benchman Apprentice role within Boulder Mills is driven and managed by a true quality metric. You will be exposed to multiple areas within the company and develop a diverse skill set that will facilitate quality on-time delivery to your internal and external customers. Duties/Responsibilities : - Specific functions as directed by the supervisor to facilitate training and effective output. - Reading and interpreting drawings and written instructions of specialty projects - Maintain a safe and quality-based effort for any products that are processed. - Sanding and woodworking - Clean up work area each day in accordance with plant safety and house cleaning standards. - Process work in a timely, quality-focused manner. - Assembly of cabinet boxes, doors, and drawers. - Load cabinets and parts into a truck in a safe manner ensuring the load is well protected and secure for travel. - Understanding the scope of contents of a load...
