Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000/year Job Description: The Positive Support Analyst (PSA) works under the supervision of a Positive Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and behavioral challenges. This role focuses on conducting assessments, developing and monitoring positive support plans, and ensuring services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and compliant with Minnesota DHS 245D and Positive Supports Rule (Chapter 9544). This position works across multiple sites, collaborating with staff and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of life and reduce the use of restrictive interventions.
