Job Title Maintenance Lead Worker Department: Housing Facilities: Salary: $40,656 - $49,804; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function: Work performed in a variety of skilled maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and other related work as required. Work is performed under general supervision and reports to the Assistant Director, Housing Facilities. Required Education: High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required. Required Related Experience: One (1) year of maintenance experience in building and/or plant maintenance involving a variety of work such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry required or completion of a standard apprenticeship in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical required. Required License/Registration/Certification: A valid driver's license is required.
