Overview This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Technology & Standards Lead in video and/or image standards to step into a highly visible senior role where your expertise will directly shape the future of video coding. At V-Nova, you won’t simply participate in standards discussions - you will contribute to strategy, influence early architectural decisions, and help define the technical direction of next-generation codecs. You will have the platform to draft, defend, and negotiate normative contributions at the highest level, while ensuring your work translates into real product impact and long-term IP value. Operating at the intersection of standards, engineering, and commercial strategy, you will gain the autonomy to shape emerging areas such as immersive media, XR/VR, point cloud compression, and pixel streaming, positioning yourself as a recognised technical authority within the global video coding community.
