Production Manager assists Plant Manager in directing production, distribution, and operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors: Principal Responsibilities: •Implements manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, employee safety, environmental compliance, image, labor hours, cycle, production costs and capital improvements. •Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met. •Obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. •Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing plan, including personnel req...
