Job Description: Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to work in our Palliative and Supportive Medicine department. The APP will provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care services; collaborate closely with physicians, APRNs, and interdisciplinary team members; and manage symptom control, goals of care discussions, and care coordination across settings.
