This position has a full salary range of $49,500 - $69,300 per year with eligibility for an annual bonus. Starting salary is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location and experience. The target hiring range for this role is $49,500 - $60,000. Candidates for this role must live in the Cincinnati, OH area. Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will take a proactive, hands-on approach to drive sales and optimize product visibility for a portfolio of natural CPG brands at retailers in an assigned territory. This role will develop and execute sales plans tailored for each retail location that align with brand objectives, using strong store-level relationships. In addition, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving increased sales volume by ensuring products are merchandised effectively. Successful candidates will have prior field sales experience in the CPG industry, have strong relationship-building and sales skills, and understand and have a passion for the CPG industry.
