Your Tasks: - Primary liaison role between Product teams and the Platform, ensuring seamless integration, translation of product needs into platform capabilities, and alignment of skills and capacity with business priorities - Team leadership and mentorship of an engineering team, including support for professional development, regular check-ins, and guidance on performance improvement - Leadership of recruitment activities, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, in collaboration with HR/Recruiting, as well as management of third-party partnerships and talent sourcing efforts - In corporation with Platform Owner, Tech Leads, Principal Engineers community: technical advisory support for engineers on solution design, architectural patterns, and technical backlog prioritization, with an emphasis on adherence to platform standards and best practices - Contribution to strategic platform direction, encompassing budgeting, resource planning, and long-term investment decisions for talent and technology - Relationship building and cross-functional collaboration across product teams and the broader technology organization - Creation of a psychologically safe environment that promotes...
