IT Operations System Engineer (m/w/d)

Job description

- Responsibility for implementing IT services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and availability. Manage system configurations and updates to guarantee security and stability. - Monitor and analyze IT services to identify opportunities for improvement. - Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability. - Proactively coordinate and escalate incidents (incident management) and ensure rapid issue resolution. - Administer and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Work closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations. - Implement and monitor IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards (ISO 27001 and C5T2 preferred). - Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience - Experience working with common ticketing and monitoring tools - Strong hands-on mentality - Excelle...
