Position Summary: Vallen's Integrated Supply Kitting Technician is an hourly position integrated within a customer's location and is responsible for assembling all necessary parts, tools, and instructions for a specific repair or maintenance task into a single kit, streamlining the process and reducing downtime. The primary goal of this Kitting role is to ensure that all required items are readily available when a maintenance or repair task needs to be performed. Process: - In Stock position: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock for kitting operations. - Assemble the Kit:Gather all the identified items and organize them into a kit, which can be a box, container, or other suitable packaging. - Staging:Store the kits in a designated area, easily accessible for maintenance personnel. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
