Job Title: Loan Processor Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: As a Loan Processor you'll process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers. You'll be responsible for reviewing initial loan application verifying information as loan program requires, making sure all underwriting guidelines have been met. You'll work directly with the customer, loan officer, underwriter and closer to package a complete and compliant loan. - Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers. Review loan application and gather loan documents from the customer and third parties in support of the loan approval process, according to AUS findings, program parameters and investor guidelines.
