Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Transformation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Change Manager The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for leading change management and communication efforts for the Risk Transformation Program and partner with stakeholders to transform risk practices and culture.
