Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in applying data analysis techniques to diagnose system issues and model future state scenarios. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in software development or programming, with the ability to read or make minor code changes. - Ability to work with ambiguous data sets and come up with insights. - Ability to conceive and accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion. - Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to deliver solutions in an always changing environment. - Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
