Summary Guardsquare is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent team in Leuven. In this role you’ll be responsible for filling our open positions at a variety of levels by steering the entire hiring process; from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. Responsibilities: - Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan. - Create job announcements. - Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals. - Interview candidates (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings). - Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard. - Collaborate with Marketing and oversee internal and external recruitment communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on LinkedIn and social media). - Participate in hiring events such as job fairs and network events. - Manage collaboration with external recruitment agencies. - Help maintaining recruitment and ATS best practices and optimizing hiring processes.
