Benefits: *Top tier compensation commensurate with Sales experience $120k-$140K + Commission* Position SummaryThe HVAC Estimator/Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and preparing accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC systems. This role combines technical estimating expertise with customer-facing sales responsibilities to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project outcomes.
